Refund policy
Returns
At Suds Bath and Body, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
How to Return

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
